Consent to the processing of personal data

By submitting a form on lecta.space, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give individual entrepreneur Aleksei Konstantinovich Sergeev (ИП Сергеев Алексей Константинович; INN 331621149370, OGRNIP 320774600247076, contact email: hello@lecta.space) my consent to process my personal data as described below.

Data: my name, work email address, company or studio, role, team size and the text of my message. Together with the request, the operator records its date and time, which form I used (access or sales), the version and language of this consent text, and when I gave my consent.

Purpose: to respond to my request: to give me access to Lecta, or to contact me about rolling Lecta out.

Operations: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, correction), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), deletion and destruction, with and without the use of automated means.

Where the data is stored: in a database on a Timeweb Cloud server in Russia. The request is recorded there before any email about it is sent.

Recipients: only the email service Timeweb (Russia), which sends Lecta staff a notification of the request and hosts Lecta’s mailboxes. The notification contains the data of the request. The data is not transferred outside Russia.

Period: 180 days from the date of the request, or until I withdraw this consent, whichever comes first. The request is then deleted from the database. The database is backed up daily and only the latest 14 daily copies are kept; the request remains in them until the last copy that contains it is removed. A copy of the notification email stays in Lecta’s mailbox for no longer than 90 days and is removed by automatic cleanup — at once on my request.

Withdrawal: I may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to hello@lecta.space. On receiving it, the operator will stop processing my data and delete my request from the database at once, together with its copies in the database backups and in the mailboxes, and in any event within 30 days, unless it has another lawful basis for keeping it.

The operator stores the version and the language of the consent text I accepted with my request. This English text has its own version, shown above.
